Rachael ConroyExecutive Director & Riding InstructorOriginally from Santa Barbara, CA, Rachael has always loved horses and kids, and became certified as a NARHA Registered Instructor in October 2009 after having volunteered with Pegasus for over a year. Rachael is incredibly dedicated to the success of Pegasus, and is the Lead Instructor for the Hippotherapy program. |

Caitlin BeazelyEquine Coordinator & Riding InstructorBorn and raised in Portland, Oregon, Caitlin graduated with her B.A. in Therapeutic Riding from St. Andrews Presbyterian College (North Carolina), and has been a NARHA Certified Riding Instructor since 2007. Caitlin joined Pegasus in the summer of 2009, and has had a very positive impact on keeping our "herd" happy & healthy! |
Michelle ChalfantRiding InstructorMichelle has been with the Pegasus Project since it began in 2003 (she was initially a volunteer). Michelle has been instrumental in the growth of Pegasus, succesfully mentoring & training two of our current NARHA Certified Instructors and assisting with the NARHA Premier Accreditation process. She is also the Lead Instructor for the Life Skills Program! |

Karrie MyreRiding InstructorKarrie graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science from Central Washington University and was a volunteer with the Pegasus Project for nearly a year before becoming a NARHA Certified Riding Instructor in 2008. Karrie's positive attitude and upbeat personality make her classes incredibly fun for both our riders & the volunteers! |

Brooke HamiltonEquine AssistantBrooke grew up on the “west side” of the mountains (Whidbey Island) and has a very impressive riding background, having competed with Arabian horses on a National level in both Western & English. She is now in the process of completing her NARHA Registered Instructor certification - Good Luck Brooke! |

Dara OsborneVolunteer CoordinatorDara was a volunteer with Pegasus for almost two years, including "Volunteer of the Session" in Winter 2009, before joining the staff in December of 2009. Dara's committment to Pegasus is truly "contagious", as she continues to successfully expand the volunteer base in an effort to keep up with our fast-growing organization. |

Eryn NissenProgram CoordinatorEryn grew up on a ranch in Big Sandy, Montana and came to the Pegasus Project in the Fall of 2010. Although new to the Therapeutic Riding industry, Eryn has been instrumental in helping Pegasus to add more riders and expand its services (including the new "Experience Pegasus" days program). |
