NARHA Region IX Conference: July 9-11

The Pegasus Project is honored to be hosting this year’s Region IX Conference @ Tumbleweed Ranch. The conference will have both a “Program” track & an “Administrative” Track. In addition to classes pertaining to the Therapeutic Riding & Equine Industry, there will also be presentations on event planning, fundraising, marketing, & more.
As a Very Special Bonus, there will also be a “Horsemanship” workshop conducted by the incredible Dianne Mortenson on Saturday afternoon. Please click here to visit Dianne’s website.

Bill & Danny's "Great Adventure" begins September 10th!

Two of the most "adventurous" Pegasus Pals, Bill Shields & Danny Day, are out to have some fun and support the Pegasus Project in a VERY BIG Way!
This September, Bill & Danny will be driving a restored and modified 1939 Dodge Coupe in the "Peking to Paris" road rally. The trip will take them (along with 100+ other racers) through China, Mongolia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkministan, Iran, Turkey, Greece, Italy, and finally to the finish in Paris, France.

1,000 Facebook Fans for Pegasus!

The Pegasus Project has recently launched a very aggressive effort to secure 1,000 Fans for our Facebook Page by August 31, 2010.
Pegasus updates their Facebook Page almost daily with news, events, and links for all of our "Pegasus Pals". You can also join our "e-blast" mailing list on Facebook as well.

Volunteer Training - July 17th
The Pegasus Project is looking for some new recruits! We are currently in need of both Side Walkers (to walk alongside riders) and Horse Leaders (to handle horses during riding lessons).
Horse knowledge is not neccessary, although "Horse Lovers" are certainly encouraged to Volunteer! All volunteers must be at least 14 years old.
